Burlington recorded 279 sales in June 2026, 16.7% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 554 new listings to market, leaving 818 properties in inventory — 18.2% less than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 3.6 months of supply, which puts Burlington in a balanced market. 46% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,149,952, up 1.8% year over year and up 2.1% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,429,151 against $683,997 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
