Vaughan recorded 333 sales in June 2026, 20.2% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 854 new listings to market, leaving 1,344 properties in inventory — 13.5% less than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 4.9 months of supply, which puts Vaughan in a buyer's market. 36% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,185,018, down 2.9% year over year and up 0.4% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,621,631 against $604,412 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
