Mississauga recorded 399 sales in November 2025, 10.3% fewer than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 1,004 new listings to market, leaving 2,249 properties in inventory — 13.5% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.1 months of supply, which puts Mississauga in a buyer's market. 32% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $966,621, down 2.8% year over year and down 0.1% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,395,026 against $527,568 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
