Mississauga recorded 453 sales in September 2024, 17.4% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 1,514 new listings to market, leaving 2,199 properties in inventory — 28.7% more than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 3.3 months of supply, which puts Mississauga in a balanced market. 40% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,048,914, up 2.7% year over year and up 0.4% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,461,044 against $612,937 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
