Aurora recorded 76 sales in June 2026, 28.8% more than the same month a year earlier. Sellers brought 180 new listings to market, leaving 290 properties in inventory — 12.4% less than a year ago. At the month's pace of sales that is 5.1 months of supply, which puts Aurora in a buyer's market. 34% of the month's new listings sold.

The average sale price across all property types was $1,239,892, down 6.7% year over year and up 5.0% on the month. Detached homes averaged $1,435,838 against $515,500 for condo apartments — the gap that decides which side of the $1.5 million insured-financing cap a purchase here falls on.
